Process 

We begin the transformation of your space with a detailed plan, a destination at which we shall both arrive in short order, once that ideal’s been established.  But the establishment of that ideal can hardly be overemphasized. 

This establishment of objective is a joint process.  I’ll immerse myself in your needs, your desires, your vision; once meshed with my experience we’ll move forward deliberately with the goal of making this the best commercial kitchen for you.

Here are a few of the step we’ll be taking together, though with me in the lead. 

All drawings and specifications are required to meet the local building and health codes.

• Codes applied are the Uniform Building Code (UBC), Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC), Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and Title 24.
  
• Approval by local County Health Department, Department of Building and Safety, and Fire Department are also required.
